What do you think of my bulk recipe?

Equal parts shredded horse manure(with small amounts of straw) and coir. Added worm castings (to about 7% maybe), blood meal (not much at all), chicken manure (to maybe 4 or 5%), gypsum (maybe a little less than the chicken manure because i dont have a lot), liquid seaweed in water (not too much i dont think, much of the water had no seaweed diluted into it), oils (did this on the light side using plain veg oil, but then just a little sesame and peanut oils for diversity(why not?)), and i may still clean out my fridge and puree fruit and veggie scraps and add just a little of that as well (probably as much as the chicken shit or gypsum was).
that is
horse manure(little straw) coir worm castings chicken manure gypsum blood meal liquid seaweed oils veggie and fruit scraps.
i do not think that i have gone over on anything anywhere, and will have a very well rounded compost. what sayeth you?
for mushrooms i will add some chunky verm before using, likely hydrated with a very weak nutrient tea of some kind.
I will probably use this stuff on plants as well.

Sounds like its pretty good to me so long as it's been well aged.
But I don't know squat about mushrooms yet.

Leave out the veggies and you can use that mix uncomposted. I think I'd skip the oil as well. The rest of it sounds great. Should grow some monsters. RR

Sounds good, but your "not too much at all" could be a lot more/less than mine.

I figured that it could go uncomposted without the veggies. i already added 1 1/2 cups to about 60 gallons. very little percentage. the oil is already in, but i did not use much of it.
the veggies should break down quickly i think. its a puree for the most part, except for some peels, that is spread thinly throughout the rest of the mix. if i let it sit a few weeks, it should all be well broken down. i'll keep it hydrated, and sometimes throw a little something in the water. maybe i should try adding a little jet dry too, so it is there pre-spawning. "Wetting Agents" are basically jet dry. It seems like it would improve water absorption and maybe even make wastes wash out more easily when watering/dunking.
it seems like this recipe has all of the bases covered, and not too much of anything either. Depending on looks at the end, i might add fresh coir to better the texture and/or fresh worm castings for texture and nutes. no matter what they will be getting some nute tea verm pre-pasteurization.
i'm sure the flower garden will have some plants that will appreciate this compost as well.

it was only about a 1/4 cup of blood meal for the whole 60 or so gallons of overall material.

Thanks, I've never used blood meal, though I've wanted to try. I was afraid to use too much and burn everything up. Be sure and post some results from this recipe. You never know, it could be the next big thing.
