Is this mold on dung?

I was wondering if this is some sort of contaminant? A friend of mine said it might just be from all the moisture. I am talking about the feathery white stuff on the right side of the picture. The substance is verry delicate. When you touch it or pinch it, it pretty much desinigrates with a slight bit of pressure. It doesn't seem to be growing into the dung, just forming on top. Should I try to remove it?

No it looks like its in the middle of colonization and he has a bit of cobweb forming. Spray it with a diluted 1:10 mixture of water and 3% hydrogen peroxide. Cobweb is easy to take care of, its actually from poor airflow. Cobweb is controlled with proper FAE.
