It ends, but it just seems like it never does, you will be fine. DON'T WORRY. It just takes a long time some times. The worst thing that you could possibly do is panic.

Get off the computer, if you dont understand why you are feeling this way, you really need to think about it. Loosing yourself and even the language you use to explain yourself can be very difficult the first few times. If your interior monologue seemes like its exponentiated and unable to be understood, just try to understand it. You will be in less trouble by the time someone adds a good reply to your thread. I dont want to say, "just ride it out", because if you understand your problem, you will be better coming out of it than you were going in. HArness that anxiety, go on a walk, that will certainly help, just dont loose all this strange place has to offer you. The worst trips are the best trips. There are no bad trips unless you cant hold on. To hold on, I would suggest a walk in a familiar area.

Drink some coffee. Go on a walk. Watch some TV, maybe listen to some music. Try not to let it consume u, its just mushrooms, youll be sober soon and within a couple hours/days back to normal.
Do you have any Klonopin, Xanax, Ativan? Taking one or the other usually levels out a trip, for me atleast

Just to repost my edit: Loosing yourself and even the language you use to explain yourself can be very difficult the first few times. If your interior monologue seems like its exponentiated and unable to be understood, just try to understand it.
If you still know how to make the "smiley face option", you will be in good shape.

Im surprized someone mentioned coffee. Thats a big fat no-no. If you are having a really crazy trip and want to come down, thats just a really bad idea. If it works for one person that doesnt mean it should work for you, and it almost definately will be nothing but bad if you are having an anxiety reaction of any sort.

Stemmer, I seem to remember you saying that you're hypersensitive to drugs of any sort, including caffeine... Most people (that I know at least) barely feel one cup if at all, and I sure hope he didn't mean drink 3-5 cups cause well, that's just never fun...
Are you clocking that 6 hours from the first or last dose? If you clocked it from the first dose then that would explain it... Either way, you'll be fine and it'll only become a problem if you make it into a problem...

dude, im sure that works for you if you wanted to bring it up.
Anyone with anxiety and all its strange effects just shouldnt drink caffein. It was a valiant effort. I think for some people without anxiety, it might just wake you the hell up. Leary's socio-sexual circuit that caffein provides, it just adds too much stimulation, and cognative dissonance. Im not the biggest fan of leary, and he hit the nail on the head with that one. For that same reason, what you are saying about coffee makes perfect sense, unless you are having a true anxiety reaction. Actually, for me to talk more about it just brings up how valid what you said truely is.

Sober people with anxiety dont mesh well with caffein. It very much dominant in a physical way, but also very psychosomatic. SO ya, I still stick by the whole idea that caffein is bad for those experienceing low to high(hospital visit) type of anxiety.
And yes, I am what you might call "hypersensative". For years prior,(and this is part of the reason why my body and mind work this way) I was able to take doses that most people wouldnt dream of taking, regardless, I always tripped off of one hit of salvia leaf. So ya I always tripped very hard compared to most people, I also happened to be one of the only people who could still speak after these higher doses, And I mean give speeches.
Though this is true, caffein is a no-no for someone who is frightened to the point where full blown anxiety takes hold.

Well im sure he/she is feeling a lot of anxiety right now. Usually i drink a cup of coffee to relax and think - in the morning, after work - even tho it is a stimulant. Whether or not its gonna help with their anxiety, i was just throwing out ideas, not necessarily saying, go do all these things to chill out

No shit
Just the elevation of the heart rate by its self is no good for someone with any level of anxiety. I totally respect where you are coming from though. To come back from a subtle trip, coffee would likely either make you trip out some more or let you sink back into your world. Its ideal. Very much like marijuana during a comfortable comedown(elevated heart rate etc).

Hello Kids!,
Now I?m much better, in fact I feel great and hope this feeling of well being lasts a long time. This trip has been one of a kind for me, anthological, of biblical, apocalyptic proportions. I feel as if I had had 5 years of psychotherapy rolled into 6 hours, and I feel damn right. If you haven?t noticed it yet English is not my mother language, so you?ll excuse me for not getting into the details of the trip, which I would consider a solid level 5 trip.
Thank you for taking the time to make me feel better when I needed it
