is the airflow through an airstone proportional to humidity?

At first I thought that the more airflow through the airstone would diminish the humidity by adding too much fresh air (of a lower rH). My Cigar Perfect (analogue) hygrometer doesn't seem to reliable in the 80-90+ range becasue I notice that even as the condensation increases, it doesn't always show on the meter.
So since the meter can't tell me what's going on, I just need to think about this. With the pump off, the condensation on the walls is pretty thin, but with the pump on, the condensation thickens into beads and starts to drip down the walls. So that would disprove my oiginal assumption. So is there a limit to how high I can turn it up until it starts to add too much fresh air and follows what I originally thought would happen and the rH falls?
I figure there has to be a point where the fresh air starts to overcome the helpfullness of the pump agitating the water (or whatever it's doing to raise the rH).
Anyone know how the pump's power affects rH in more detail?

Can't say that I do.
But I will mention that condensation on the walls of an FC only indicate first, that their is SOME humidity in the air inside of there, and that the inner temp and outer temp of that wall are different.
You can get condensation with less than 50% rh. So it's not exactly a reliable indicator, contrary to popular belief.

I'm only using one 49qt container right now, but I will set it up to run two on the same pump. The pump is a 2.5W 2000 aquatic gardens air pump.
