optimal p. cyansens tek?

hi all,

I have a p. cyansens syringe in the fridge, and I would like to use a variant of the PF tek using half-pint jars. it would be great to hear about some methods you all have had success with.
I have had a tek sent to me using "hardwood sawdust" and bran, but i have no idea where to look for the sawdust... what else works?

Read a bit closer, I think he's talking about Psilocybe not Panaeolus.

I'm guessing you could use a straight PF tek to colonize the mycelium but I'm positive that it won't fruit this way. You could inoculate alder chips using the colonized jars. Let the chips colonize and then move them outside into beds. If you colonize a cubic foot of chips you could inoculate 5 cubic feet of fresh chips for a very nice bed.
