Well AFOAF followed the tek on how to do spawnbags and WBS which said to pc for 3 to four hours for 2 large spawn bags. so he soaked the grain for 23 hours, put in a pillowcase and let the shower run through it for a half hour put it in bags and only got to pressure cook a few of them. he PCd for about 2 hours and 15 minutes each. The bags that came out have somewhat of a darker color than compared to the uncooked. These bags also have a fair amount of broken seeds mostly just on the top. the ones that sat overnight without pc have begun to germinate which i heard is ok. So did i cook them too long, and should i even try to pc the germinated ones?? Oh ya Im using an all american pressure

I haven't PCed WBS mycobags, but I would think there's a pretty good chance they're sterile at 2.25 hours. Burst seeds are ok as long as there's not a lot of starch (goop) visible.
As for the germinated seed, it depends on how far they've gone. Seed is cheap, why not just start a few more bags. If you're gonna use them, PC ASAP.

there are very few of them germinated, from the outside i can see maybe 50 litte legs or so all over the bag. I am PCing them right now and i have an all american pc with the screw downs and ive heard (i think a post by agar) since they cannot lose moisture or pressure easily you can cook the WBS for a long time, even longer than 4 hours

If you are using the weight on top of the little chimney method, yes they can lose moisture.
If you are using the toggle valve method, then they lose less moisture and you can PC for longer.
That was probably what Agar was talking about in the post you read. The Toggle Valve for the AA PCs.
