I want to discuss a collection of experiences on varying doses of 4-AcO-MiPT. I'd like to present it to you in a bit of a collection and overview of research chemicals in general, so here goes!
I've experienced quite a few trips on various synthetic compounds, chemical in nature, because they do not exist in nature, to my knowledge. Of the various compounds, I've sampled 4-HO-DET (and the acetoxy variant), 4-HO-DiPT (and the acetoxy variant), and 4-AcO-MiPT. In the past year or so I've become a connoisseur of sorts for these things. If you don't read anything else, fast forward to my summary of the MiPT dream-state theory.
I've had some ongoing theories, as well as some new theories, which I'll lay out here. First off, depending on the type of tryptamine, one experiences different onset and comedown. I have a few theories on the metabolism of these chemicals. Secondly, with my recent experiences with MiPT, I've encountered a varying mix of body and mind trip. I may get technical at some points, but I'll start each new idea in bold so you can skip to them if you would rather not try comprehending the science of it.
I consider DET to be most similar to shrooms. It is very natural feeling, and the visuals are comparable. It certainly has little mind trip for me, and perhaps only a little body high. It also comes on like shrooms, and goes away like shrooms, being completely back to normal after 6 or so hours. Psilocin is 4-HO-DMT, and the DET I refer to is short for 4-HO-DET. The difference between the two is, shrooms are dimethyltryptamine, whereas DET is diethyltryptamine. Dimethyl to me means six hydrogens and two carbons. This means that diethy is heavier, having 10 H and 4 C. The differing weights of the molecules determine how it will affect the brain.
On the other hand, The isopropyl variants of tryptamine, DiPT and MiPT, in my opinion come on more like an avalanche of sorts. You don't feel anything, and then it hits you. Then, it goes up just a little more. After that, the trip gradually fades away. My theory is that these two are not metabolized in our bodies the same, so in having a certain half-life, it takes a while for the effects to completely diminish. Even a day later, I feel some subtle effects from the trip, visual mainly.
For continuity, DiPT, diisopropyltryptamine, has 14 H and 6 C, and MiPT, monoisopropyltryptamine, has 10 H and 4 C, however is configured differently compared to DET. Think of the ethyl, methyl, and isopropyl, as variants similar to the alcohols: ethanol, to get drunk. methanol, to fuel race cars and destroy your vision if ingested. isopropanol, to disinfect, and extremely laxative in nature if consumed. While this convention follows what arrangement and number of hydrogen and carbon atoms are attached to the tryptamine molecule, the tryptamine sorts will not make you blind or give you the runs. On the contrary, they will augment your vision
In the past month or so I have had the great opportunity to dose myself with 4-AcO-MiPT. The visuals are great. At times, I'll have wavy gravy, but other times I see red and green "pixels" dotted across my vision. Other times, I see horizontal and vertical lines, patterned, in brilliant red, green, and blue.
It is hard to control CEVs with MiPT, much more than it is with a good dose of DET or a hefty dose of DiPT. With those compounds and a dark room, as well as closed eyelids, I have found that I can picture patterns, and create a moving light behind them. This will shine white, very slightly at first, but upon envisioning it to be "pushing through" the layers of visuals, eventually reveals itself to be a brilliant white light that shines through intricate patterns of red, green, and blue. Those patterns are like a plane, which can be controlled as well, so I have been able to make myself see a bright white light in my retinas, which in itself is extraordinary.
OK! I need an intermission and a smoke for this long ass novel. I hope that this is of interest to some of you, and I hope that you learn what you were looking to learn, perhaps even more, from my summary and analysis. Whew.
Sometimes you just have to lay back and enjoy the trip I've seen people trip out on research chems, even at low (5mg) doses. This is surprising to me! Apparently not everyone can handle their trips. I have had no difficult mind experiences with any of the research chemicals, and my maximum doses have been 60mg DET, 120mg DiPT, and 60mg MiPT, definately not all at the same time though! Yeah, call me a little bit daring or call me a pioneer, I had to find out!
I've also quite a few times broke the ice before tripping by drinking a few shots of Jack. Make that 5 or 6
Anyhow, moving along, my great experiences with MiPT regarding mind trips. I did say I didn't have mind trips right? Well, something I've encountered which I'de love to get some feedback on, is the subject of consciousness and dreaming.
Perhaps as time goes on, hopefully drug laws will be relaxed a bit and people will actually start researching these research chemicals, for their possible benefits. Any compound is capable of augmenting the way we feel, see, or think.
I had a few times where I would be tripping on MiPT, and attempting to go to sleep. An interesting thing happened a few of these times.
I would be awake, but slowly, perhaps linearly, slip into a dream-type state, while still being conscious. My mind would create a scenario, and follow it through in thought, as if it were a highly augmented daydream, or some breed of dream, while I remained semi-aware that I was in this state.
Now, most of the time I would end up slipping into more dreaming than not, essentially crossing the conscience threshhold where I let my brain take over, and after a few minutes I'd mentally go, "Wait a minute! I was awake! How did I get here? Did I really mean to think this idea that far out?!?" at which point I'd wake up.
Perhaps... What if! Wow, what a great thing it would be to learn a few things:
1) How to meditate to bring on that dream state, and utilize the way MiPT allows the entering of such states,
2) How to control your level of consciousness while in that state, to not slip into unconscious dreaming where you might snap out of it, and
3) How to utilize that state as a totally different plane of consciousness, in a useful nature. Perhaps brain reprogramming, or creating brainstorming.
What I've been thinking is, with the way tryptamines are, there has to be a way to work with them to produce different mind effects, essentially augmenting the thinking process and allowing an easy route to transcend normal consciousness, into a useful state of awareness, perhaps even a level prime for creative thinking, a mental whiteboard in your brain, through turning off certain unneccesary or distraction aspects of here-now, present-time awareness of physical surroundings.
I think I'm on to something here. I feel I belong in neurological sciences, for the sole purpose of finding ways to properly fulfill my desire to master all of the sciences. I forsee it happening, if this world doesn't come to a grinding halt in some revelations shit within the next few decades.
I want to make it happen. I would love for someone to grasp, and relate to this concept. Then we could be fellow psychonauts, and sit around mental fires banging drums, pots, and pans, and living happily ever after! WEEEE! Heheh. I kid around too much! Seriously!
I hope you've enjoyed! 'till next time, - smot
