Yes. They'll grow a bit slower, but still grow. I've had them growing outdoors in low fifties day to low forties night. They just need an extra couple of days. RR

At what temp is the absolute lowest you can fruit? and does strain matter?

Wow that doesn't sound right. Cubies???????? Outdoors?? Your not talking about cubies fruiting at that temp are you. I have heard of Cyanescens fruiting at 60F and below but not cubies.

They are talking cubes, not cyanencens... As RR said, they fruit at those temps, just a bit slower...

Umm, you know you can pick up a space heater at Wallyworld for between $20-40... I have small $20 ceramic heater and that's what I'm using for incubation right now. It can hold a closet steady in the upper 70s, low 80s even on a medium setting. I'm sure you could find a heater for $40 that would drive a room up to the low or mid 70s for fruiting.
A radiator-type works well, I made sure the one I got would pump out heat without a fan running because I didn't want to stir up contams in the air.
