using a steamer to pasteurize?

Ahoy everybody! I am going to start using a steamer to pasteurize instead of the water method, but I was just wondering what kind of steamer I should get. I have had the wagner power steamer recommended to me in another thread, and some weird thing that agar had a picture of.

Basically, my question is, do ALL steamers produce the same heat temp? Around the 165-170 mark?

Bump.. im really intersted in this technique..
too bad i couldnt find a big boiler and hook up a steam line to it
