It's possible that the paintings just show things like meteroites, shooting stars etc. Take the one Jammer pointed out for instance, it is not like the artist was actually there at the crucifixion (obviously), so the whole scene was basically out of the artist's imagination. I suppose we then have to wonder about where the artist would get the inspiration to draw something like that....could be that he had seen a comet and thought to himself "Hmm...i wonder if this bright light in the sky is some kind of transportation for angels" and then worked that into his painting.

Same goes for the Jesus babtism, the artist was not actually there so what we see as a UFO could very well be the artist's idea of how God would appear looking down at the scene.... not to put a downer on things, but there's always room for a little skepticism :wink:

yeah dude, but um that stuff is undeniable, there's only a little room for stupid skepticism, but it's tight in here as it is.
