this is a pick from a few days ago the one that is the biggest is starting to open but most of the others are still just iddy biddy. what do i do?

Really I'd just pick the big one first and let the others grow, since you say it is opening, and wait to pick the smaller ones when they are ready unless they are aborts. If absolutly must pick all of them for some unspecified reason, you may go-ahead I've had potent small mushies and weaker large one's and vice versa. Though, I wait for the tops to turn from that red color * Cambodian grower* to that golden just becuase I feel that it is a sign that they are ready.

i just took these noticed how there are a few that are bigger then the others. and there are still pins popping up all over ther place. i just want to be sure on what to do so far i have been told that i can pick the ones that are ready and let the other ones just grow in. i need advice on what to do and what is causing this to happen.

I usually make a clean cut along the bottom of the matured mushroom; cut right after the veil breaks. You just don't want to disturb the growth of the zooms that are still maturing, that's why a lot of people try not to pick one at a time. Also, if you can pick all shrooms at once it leads to more uniform growth in further flushes. Those bigger ones still have a lot of growing to do by the looks of them, be patient and they will be beauties

Pick the biggies let the little ones get to be big and then pick them.
