Casing in the fridge for a week ?

I have to leave for a few days, but my casings will be ready during the period I'm absent. I won't be able to provide air exchange nor to pick the fruits. What would happen if I leave the casings in the fridge for a week ? I read a few post and Anno suggested that it would be OK. Is a week too long ? Can I do it without any problem ? That would be a cold-shock !!!

Ive tried it and it worked for me. The casings when sealed and put in the fridge (in my case for two weeks) stopped fruiting. I lost a couple to the green but Im assuming because these were newish casings where the mycelia had not colonised the casing at all, but the rest came out fine and pinned again within a week after coming out...
