See the 2 big big ol fat shrooms on the top left?
They have holes in them wtf?
Do I harvest them now since they are developing that hole in the center of the cap or what?

Is this bad? Is it a contam?

It's not contaminated...looks fine. Cake seems a bit dry though, try a dunk after this flush.
