He is making it
Looks good agar! looks like you are gearing up for sales. Smart doing the compressing, seeing how it will cut down on shipping.

In the not to distant future. Hopefully, they will be available from a new vendor - HERE. At the moment, they are not available - for retail sale. I just thought the name SHIT BRICK, was FUNNY.

Yes.
Just testing at the moment.
Working with bag & box sizes.
Object is a individual 10, 20 & 40 lb brick size.
So, you have to test differing size press molds, bags & box's.
But, it is coming together fairly quickly.
The bright idea at first was to use a ram press.
Okay, that worked.
Except, once a brick was made. without a binding agent added. Brick would start to EXPAND. Square box would start to turn basketball shaped.
Found some liquid binding agents. But, you have to heat dry the brick, as it is compressed wet. The result is like a Coir brick, times 10 in hardness. Which you darn near have to cut with a hack saw. Then hydrate about 12 hours for full expansion. The extra added BS, was a labor & cost issue.
So, bought big daddy vacuum pump. That will suck your eyeballs out.
Then, made dry bricks in a mold. Bagged the brick & vacuumed pack/sealed it. Then, there was an issue with the bags. First several trials looked good. Except in 48 hours, bags developed leaks & brick EXPANDED.
So, went to thicker bags. Ones tough enough, once vacuum pack/sealed. You can punt one around like a football. (expect broken toes)
Now, only issue is box size & weight. Which is not that big a deal. Except, for the press molds. Which, I have learned to build QUICKLY.
So, all in all. It should not be long. As, folks who will run the site. As well as do the order taking, pack/ship part, are here, now. And, are getting situated.
Object is multiple unique products.
That others cannot readily duplicate. That the site can sell at a reasonable price. Enough so, the project returns its costs.

Damn agar, you've been saying that for a while. Hope it is finally
I'm sure there's lot of hoops to jump through to get it going though.
Folks, you know this is some good shit ...or compost actually... if the man has stuck by it for this long.
We will be lookin forward to it!
