Oh yeah I love hiking, but I don't do much in the winter outside, Next winter I'll dress warm and take walks in the snow. I love hiking and love fishing (fishing season soon!!) i get lots of exersise when i walk around and fly fish in the rivers, i get very tired when I fly fish all day from the current

If I am concerned about my health enough to eat turkey burgers on rice cakes. I might be getting my head checked. But then again to each there own.

Jogging sarudray and sunday
Weights every other day Circuit training specifically: 15 minutes running at about 70% 5 minutes good stretching/yoga then all muscle grooups from largest to smallest with less then 30secs intervals 4 leg exercises 2 chest exercises 2 back exercises 1 bicep exercise 1 tricep exercise 1 shoulder exercise crunches till I have no energy left
Wish I could do some Judo or Brazilian JJ like when I was at Uni, but no schools around here, only some lame Tae Kwon Do and Karate for kiddies.

Some crunches/pull-ups/sit-ups/push-ups each night
Run 3-5 miles 6/7 days
Well, used to...I'll start running next week

I didn't have a liscense for the winter so I was biking 15 miles a day to work, school and back. I decided to start swimming again too and was doing 2500 meters a day. It's real rewarding. I don't understand why more people don't exercise. It's a compulsion for me now. Right now I'm canoeing everyday for two months. 15-20 miles

I haven't lifted in a while because of a few things so I've started running 6 miles a day like i used.
I love the runner's high. People at my gym think im strange because ill run high intensity for an hour completely expressionless with my arms positioned in a fighting stance while starting at the wall in front of me. I just get in the zone and block out everything else.

I do 16,000 jumping jacks in the moring, after work and before bed.
I actually just lift some weights 5 days out of the week, doing different parts so I get the optimal amount of rest. I do some light jogging on my days off and occasionally work my abdominals if I'm not too lazy.
I would like to start jogging a little more now that it's getting nice out. My mom runs marathons and shit having been a chronic smoker most of her life. She's very young and genetically gifted. I have shitty genetics compared to hers, but I make gains. The runner's high certainly is great. And I wouldn't mind getting back my old cardiovascular endurance. Used to skate, do track and long distance running.
