I walk to the train station and from there to work... Then I have to walk BACK. I also make a point to always take the stairs and I guess I get a pretty good amount of walking done at lunch. Of course there's also the way I'm constantly bouncing my feet while I'm sitting, I'm sure that burns off something. I should get into lifting though..

in the mornings to warm up i run a 2 miles and do about 100 pushups and 200 sit ups.... then during the day if i have time ill go rock climbing in the summer and snowboarding in the winter...

I race my bikes...
3-5 mountain bike races and 2-3 road races each summer. I've been training all winter on a trainer, the Spring races should be extra fun before everyone else gets into shape.
I used to run and swim too. I did a couple triathlons and marathons, but running is pretty bad for the body. I couldn't run a block now. 100 mile bike race is no problem.

juggle 1 pound balls and your set... juggling four of those beats doing pushups any day, and it helps you juggle too!
Then again some people don't know how to juggle... shame on 'em.

yeah, biking is great excercise.
i commute to work 6 days a week, either biking, bussing, or a combonation of both. i think i prolly average about 150 miles a week once leisure riding is factored in as well. i also ride a ton of bmx on a buddies backyard ramp, along with street and the indoor skatepark too. i do a fair amount of push ups/sit ups, and swim at my grandmas pool with my sister once a week or so.

Usually i just do heavy weight training and get lots of protein, cardio excercises own me.....smoking weed everyday doesn't help me on that.

I like to use the right hand, to beer bottle, to mouth workout. And my cardio is a combination of standiing up, walking to the fridge, walking back to my chair and sitting down. It's make ya sore the next day!

I do situps, pushups and lift barbells, I just recently started getting into exercising again..also I ride a mountainbike, and hike when the weather is better, but I only hike about 2 or 3 times a month when I do go hiking.

I hear swimming is one of the best ways to exercise the body as a whole.
But I hate fags at the pool and the locker room.
I just feel out of place at the gym but do like looking at bitches there.

Im not buff enough to go to the gym, I just workout at home. I would swim myself, but I am not a very good swimmer at all. But after being an everyday beer drinker I neeed to do something to get rid of a beer belly, it is almost gone though..I am trying to look better for the summertime. Besides women like guys that look good anyway.

I don't...and I'm turning into a big fat lazy bastard because of it! Before I stopped I was doing 100 push ups, 200 sit-ups, 30 pull ups and 2 miles of jogging everyday though. I really need to start up again, I feel like crap all the time. Meh...apathy, simultaneously my greatest strength and greatest weakness...

i workout heavly, i run 6 times a week, do upper body 3 days a week and lower body 3 times alternation days. tuesday is my off day, i take EGG protein and creatine monohydrate. and i eat turkey burgers for breakfest lunch and dinner. with a rice cake with peanut butter in between.
