Once the shrooms kick in they can be rathre stimulating and will probably wake you up the moment you'd start to feel effeets (just a guess)

Kaniz, thats what has always happened to me on LSD if I fall asleep before it kicks in. I just wake up about an hour later once it really starts to take hold. Same thing happens to my wife. One time we dosed and fell asleep in seperate rooms and then woke up at the exact same time. We were already tripping so we made that out to be some huge connection...who knows, maybe it was.
Ive never dosed on anything and just slept through it all, you would probably need to take some pretty heavy sedatives to stay out once your mind gets to churning...

Wow I hope this works out for you. I know I would never be able to fall asleep once I pop mushies. I'm too anxious for them to kick in.

<~~~yup, same here

Six? It seems like a lifetime, or at least a main era - -the kind of peak that never comes again. San Francisco in the middle sixties was a very special time and place to be a part of. Maybe it meant something. Maybe not, in the long run, but no explanation, no mix of words or music or memories can touch that sense of knowing that you were there and alive in that corner of time and the world. Whatever it meant." Hunter S. Thompson.
