I turn on the fan in my bathroom hours before using it and spray oust a few times. I keep the door closed and wiped down my counter with alcohol.

Well for simplicity a still air glove box works great as a small sterile environment when working with G2G transfers or spore prints/syringes that sort of thing.
Something easier to work with and probably more reliable but harder to make and more expensive would be a hepa filtered flow hood.
Unless your talking about creating a positive pressure clean room or something. The only guy I have heard talk about one of those was Agar.

do you have a spare room?
if you do...I'll share some thoughts.
if not...build a still air box.

make a clean room if you have an extra room.
pull everything out of the room and clean it really good.
go to Home Depot or some kind of home improvement type hardware store.
buy a roll of Visqueen(Heavy Duty Clear Plastic)...the thicker the better.
Close off any vents to the room...if you need heat put filters inside the vents.
Cover the walls, Ceiling and floor with the Visqueen.
You can use duct tape to hold the visqueen in place...or you can screw wooden slats of wood in the corners to hold the visqueen in place.
I'd make clean room curtains to enter the room.
then the sky is the limit with what you put into it.
