hey all,
last night i shroomed for the secound time, i took about an 1/8th of shrooms and had a great trip. Except for the fact that about midway through it all the

Lol, I'm guessing you had a leg cramp midway through it? Yea, it has happened to me before too. I think alot of people experience it from time to time. Sometimes it even goes into the next day.

From time to time I get a really bad body load and I get really bad leg cramps.

Proper hydration and cramps are bitter enemies.

I stated habitually drinking 1-2L of water per day, never felt another cramp from shrooms, barely had any cramping even with morning glory.

indeed a well prepaired body will allways let you experence more sober or influenced. HYDRATION as mango pointed out is number one always! if you take out the water the human body is but about 7lbs of carbon and a few other misc minerals allways keep hydrated. eat healthy esp before a trip. i personaly try to eat lots of light foods throught the day at all times(fruits lightly prepaired snacks) and a day or two before a trip i allways try to reduce my meals and cut back on fatty intakes as i feel this helps to keep my body pure and eliminate alot of the toxins we pump into ourselvs on a daily basis. not only does this help you trip better and reduce side effects its simply good for ya!. anyways long story short stay healthy fast if you have the patience, and a mild workout to get loose doesnt hurt before a trip. it gets your blood movin and kinda juces up the natural endorphins which helps withthe trip.
