Just got back from stables, what's everyone's prefered pasturization method?

So I came home for the week and took a cooler and shovel and dropped by the horse stables (living in a horse community for 11 years has finally paid off). I got the cooler full of h/poo nuggets from the pile they have (the cooler is like 2.5x1.5x1.5 feet, a pretty average size for a family). The poo was covered with chopped up straw.... oh poo . So by trying to get the least amount of straw in with the poo I was taking, I got a good amount to be mixing in anyways . I took the poo that wouldn't squish when pressed on by the shovel and whos inside wasn't green. Sorry I don't have a camera here, but it looks perfect. So now I got this h/poo in need of pasturization. I've read up on a couple of methods and I'm wondering which ones you guys would recommend. I'm going to need to pasturize it tomorrow and wednesday but I won't be using it until at least a week or two. If I need to use the stove, I'd prefer to not stink up the kitchen (I doubt Febreze would mask the smell completely) so would it be possible to have the pot on the grill outside? I have a propane and a charcoal. I'd go for the cooler method, but I like the idea of agar's how it seals the poo right after being pasturized (so it's safe for the 1-2 weeks.
Any recommendations?

Moisturize to field capacity, put in an oven bag, put that in my crockpot full of water turn it on low and in 3 hours remove it, it will take at least an hour for substrate and crockpot to heat up to pasturizing temp.
