Could this tape be used to replace tyvek/polyfill
    #5447590 - 03/27/06 01:33 PM (17 years, 10 months ago)

for both jars and tubs, would this work fine?

someone had this image listed in a single-tub discussion...

Poster had said - "I'd avoid the Tyvek. Polyfill works fine. I use micropore tape to cover my holes in monotubs. $1.77 at Wal-M**T. Just tape over the holes inside and out."

I originally posted that. If you will read the small print on the package, it says "Micropore Surgical Tape." I am not going to take the credit for this find, though I'd like to. All credit goes to Agar. I've used that 3M brand many times, and it works great.
