What do you mean by different "kinds" of mushrooms. Different strains, species, what?

Read around for a little bit. There's lots of information already here.

I've never heard of anyone growing different species on the same sub, but as snaggle said, different strains of cubensis grown together is not a good idea. This has been asked before, and experimented with with poor results.

The thing is that they will compete, and after the battles the mycelium would be tyred to fruit.....not scientific but something like that.

Best is to keep them separated
