I usually don't like listening to Hip-Hop, but I wounldn't mind having a cd or two of some good Hip Hop sets. Anybody have any hip hop dj recommendations?

Rent a copy of the documentary Scratch. It's focused on turntablism, but most of the DJs featured in it are hip-hop based.
Lessee...
Anything involving Afrika Bambaataa or Dan The Automator.
A great hip-hop album to start with is Del The Funkee Homosapien's "Deltron 3030" album. Del, Kid Koala, and Dan the Automator just go nuts.

scratch perverts, and dj shadow are 2 of my favorites.
and while your checking out dj shadow dont forget about U.N.K.L.E. (james lavelle is genius)
look for the scratch perverts vs. u.n.k.l.e. essential mix. the latest shadow e-mix is also dope shit if youre into old skool.
tony vegas also goes solo sometimes.
oh and why not check out z-trip too.

YES!!! Scratch is amazing!
Deltron 3030 should be in everyone's music collection.
DJ Qbert is top notch as well.
