My first casing

I have about 8 fully colonized jars at the moment so I'm going to make a casing with them. I have coco coir, oyster shell, calcium carbonate and peat moss. I was thinking about using all 4 of them if thats possible.
Would I be able to sterilize the casing mix in a gladware box in the microwave or will I just have to pressure cook them in jsrs?
Also I have some seedling trays but the edges arent very high. Should I slice the cake the height of the seedling tray or just put the cakes in whole?

you can nuke the casing layer
3-5min stir and then 3-5min leave the lid on till it cools.

That is exactly what i did for my first casing, it was easy, and worked perfectly.

Thanks alot for the info. I made a casing mix of about 35% vermiculite, 35% peat moss, 15% oyster shell, 10% coco coir, and 5% calci sand.
I microwaved the mix for 4 min, took it out stirred it up and nuked it another 4 minutes.
Im letting it cool at the moment so I'm getting the cakes ready. I was wondering if I should dunk the cakes or will the casing lair rehumidify them?

The mycelliums literally ripping through the casing layer. At first I made a mistake. I immediately put the casing tray into the fruiting chamber before the mycellium had taken over. I recently fixed that problem by putting the casing tray into my incubator.
The incubator was at 85 degrees but I figured that might be too hot for the casing tray so I lowered it to around 78.
Literally after a night in the incubator large patches of fluffy mycellium has started penetrating the casing layer. If it keeps going at this rate it will have covered the whole tray by next week.
I'll started taking pictures after I see the first signs of pinning.

I havent had time to take pictures but heres the latest update on my casing. As you can see I failed to achieve an even pinset but it was my first casing so you cant really blame me.

So far I've picked about 5 grams dry from it including one monstrous sized mushroom which I used to make a print. Its a shame I didnt get any pictures of that mushroom. The stem wasnt all that big but the cap was gigantic.
Lately I've been eating the mushrooms faster than I produce them and I've been giving them away like santa claus but I'm going to take a break from shrooms and stop being so generous so I can gather up a supply of them.
Heres the gigantic cap dried out. Weights about a gram.
