mass "squeeze to field capacity" method?

Ya know, I find that squeezing my horse poo to field capacity is quite tedious. I do a handfull at a time. Rather boring.
So, anyone have any mass squeezy techniques that work well for them?
Thanks!

Colander full & mash with a BIG serving spoon.
Or, buy a $150 moisture meter.

just tip the bucket on it's side, mash it against the bottom, and mix in some dry verm.
oops the guy above me just said that.
dry verm ftw.

He remains this way for about three hours, making bizarre noises, pretending to be a new species that must learn to walk and talk and eat, etc. And he communicates with other life forms by way of the antennae on his head. Eventually we jam a tube from a waterbong into it's mouth and figure he's learned all he needs to know.

I haven't done this, but put it in a pillow case. Twist the pillow case and keep twisting, eventually the water will be forced out. Seems like a grand idea to me.
I'm sure someone can understand what I'm going on about, if not I'll try to get more in depth.

I am not a fan of the pillow case method. Tried it once and didn't quite appeal to me. And its a bitch to clean out every time.
I was thinking of maybe some way to do it prior to me putting it in my pastuerization bags.
Even when I did a mass mashing like you have suggested, I still find that when I squeeze with my hand, I still get drops of water coming out.
Good suggestions though! Keep em coming!
Edit: Chrisss, EXACTLY!!! Thank you.

I just use oven bags.
I fill the bag with my H-poo mix. Then I get it to proper moisture content (Adding water and mixing until I sqeeze a handfull and just a few drops come out). Then pasteurize in a big pot of water. Since the bag is impermeable to water it will stay at the right moisture content. Sometimes with a bit of water loss.
