WBS spawned to Coir ratio?

I have some jars of WBS done. I was thinking of spawning to Coir, but a few questions first.
1. Soak w/ warm water till expanded and you can feel musture but when given a gental squese none comes out? I as thinking pf PC for 30 min 15 psi?
2. At what ratio would wbs be to Coir. Would i just mix evenly and then incubate? I have some micropore tape if that helps.
3. When and if this works i wanted to use a 50/50 verm/Coir caseing top layer (PC @ 15 psi for 30 min) at a ratio of 4 of my substrate to 1 casing soil mix, right?
Thankyou for your time

check out Coir as substrate. if you have not already
You don't need to pc coir, nuke it is fine but yes you can pc it PC @ 15 psi for 30 min.

dude you should case with 50/50 periode....thats what i did and didnt take long at all..... i dont think its gonna grow fast on just coir....the coir is like the nutrients and the verm is to keep it moist. when i case i just use 50/50 on the bottom then lay down the your colonized cakes then put another layer of 50/50 down....put into incubator let it colonize. wants you see some myc popin threw the top pull out of incubator and patch those spots up, then place into the fruiting chamber....mist intell you see myc poping threw then stop but misting....(also after you stop misting just to keep thing at optimum moister level keep lightley and i mean very lightly moisted) should notice pins after awhile

I made some bulk substrate using coir but it hasn't broken through my casing layer yet.
This is what I used: 2 qts coir 2 qts vermiculite 4 qts pre-PC'd and frozen, then de=thawed WBS 4 qts fully colonized WBS 1 cap full of vegetable oil 4 tsp horticuler hydrated lime
Everything except the colonized and uncolonized WBS are added to a 6 gallon cooking pot. Water is added until the grains rise 2 inches. Steeped @ 180F for 1 hour. Removed, strained, brought to 'field capacity'. Put in oven bag. PC'd 1 hour @ 10psi cooled and allowed to sit for 24 hours. Then the colonized and non colonized WBS was added and spread eveninly in trays. Cased with pH balanced 45peat/45verm/10gypsum.
Will post a report when the grow is complete.

that sounds better i will just use 50/50 verm/Coir @ i guess 50 / 50 with my wbs i guess splitting it up so that it is 25% verm/Coir 50% wbs then 25% verm/Coir would that be cool?

hey bro its more inlike 50% coir and 50% verm..with the colonized substrate in the middle....in other words mix verm and coir together first then put a layer of the 50/50 down then your colonized substrate and then again another layer of 50/50....got it>?
