How do YOU pronounce Psilocybin

I and everyone else I have spoken to pronounces it like this:
The first syllable Psi is pronounced like the first syllable in Simon .
The second is the same as the word lo - as in lo and behold.
The third is the same as the first .
And the last is the same as the word bin .

Si-Lo-Si-Bin .

Do you americans say it differently ?

i say

Psilocybin:

Psil- is pronounced like 'sill' as in window sill
o- long O
cy- is pronounced like the Si in Simon
bin- is pronounced like it looks.

I do not know if that is correct but that is how people around here pronounce it

i think someone should make a psychadelic dictionary...
I always wondered how to say: azurescen, cyanescen,semilanceata, and most of the rest(except cubensis)
the only one I might have right is SIGH-A-NES-EN(cyanescen)

I swear to God i've been thinking of starting a thread about pronunciation, but haven't done it yet.

I'm almost 100% sure that psilocybin is pronounced (SIL-O-SIGH-BIN), but here's how merriam webster pronounces it:

It took me a while to work out Subaeruginosa and some of the others - but is it cyanescens as in SIGH-AN-E-SENS or SIGH-AN-A-SENS ?? Does it matter??
And what about Semilanceata - i have no idea on that one!! Thank god they call them liberty caps

we americans pronounce it exactly the same, though it generally differs from person to person, and the average joe will only say mushies or shrooms
