It needs ambient light if you not already giving it some. Also, the caps look small which usually means your C02 is too high (Stamets, 2001).

well i live in the US....so i dont know what the conversion rate is...but it looks hella cool anyway.

about your questions...
did u do as the directions say (spray 40x until fruiting)?
after this flush...you could try soaking the log overnight in distilled/spring water with a lil dose of h202 just to be safe.
