Why no pins?

I have two perlite humidified terrariums, each contains three PF Tek brown rice flour cakes resting on their 1/2 pint jar lids. My cakes are 100% colonized with psilocybe cubensis amazonian strain from ralphsterspores and show no signs of contamination. The problem is that they don't show any signs of pinning either, and it's been nearly a month since I birthed them.
I fan out the terrariums at least once every day and right now the temps. are around 70 to 72 F. Previously I kept the temps. in the upper 70s with a heating pad, but still no luck. I have a small incandescent light mounted to the lid of each terrarium that I turn on for several hours every day. Humidity is constantly 95%.
I've been researching my brains out to determine why my cakes won't pin, but I can't figure it out. It's getting really frustrating, but I haven't given up hope yet. If anyone has any ideas about why I'm not getting any pins, please let me know.
(BTW I had no problems with sterilization, inoculation, or colonization, all that went perfectly, and like I said, no signs of contamination now that they are birthed either.)

Try dunking them in the fridge, with h2o2 1/10 strength. A nice cold shock and dunk should get em popping.

I'm not familiar with dunking. Are you saying i should submerge the cakes in a solution of 1 part hydrogen peroxide and 9 parts water? And do all this inside the fridge? How long do they need to be in there, and also, what specific problem does dunking solve? Cakes too dry?
Sorry for all the questions, but I really want to understand what I'm doing here.

Yea, dunking rehydrates cakes. Add some of H202, like Citric said, to keep out contams. I put them in a tupperware and put in the fridge for 12-24 hours. The cold is suppose to induce pinning. GL.

OK, after I dunk them should I roll the cakes in dry vermiculite? I saw this in the tek, but i'm not really sure what purpose it is supposed to serve.

they dry vermiculite does a double action in cakes, it numbe one will absorb excess moisture from the surface of the cake and stor it for later use. and 2 with this dryed medium on the exterior of the cake adds an additional layer of material to help filter out any contaminates prior to the onset of fruiting.

Read my pinning strategy it works for cake as well. But it must be followed
-------------------- Getting the most out of your casings!, A pinning strategy. Oyster Shell "Flour" $2 for 1lb. a hell of a deal Not what is overlay but rather what overlay is Gas Exchange vs. FAE "We all have priorities. I used a closet once setup a nice little lab trouble was all the shit that was in there ended up in the bedroom that pissed off the GF then I ended up dumping her as she was getting in the way of my sterile culture technique! Ya I got priorities too!!!"

I'm guessing it the air exchange. When trying to pin you need to fan at least 4 times per day. Do 7 or 8 if the humidity comes back up quickly.

Second the cold dunk, and possibly increase the amount/duration of light.
