can any jar be pressure cooked?

i found some extra "not necessarily designated as canning" jars laying around the other day.
can these be cooked for an hour @ 15 psi without harm?
one jar looks like a thicker spaghetti sauce jar, etc.

Ya, they should be fine.

20 mins is also fine.

20 minutes? For spaghetti perhaps, but not for rye.
