Hey everyone, I just prepped a dozen wbs quart jars for pc'ing. I did not soak them overnight. Is this OK? I did rinse and skim as much scum as I could, though. Thanks.

They'll probably be dry and stall during the incubation process. You might get lucky and have a couple come through for ya

OK. So will go back and soak them. Can I soak seeds overnight that I already boiled? And if so...Do I have to boil them again after the soaking? I know these are some dumb questions. If you guys know of a good website that could provide me with the cellular bio of the process that would be cool. Thx!

ebass u dont want to boil the WBS.
a method that is usually pretty good..
take a pot of boilign water, put it on a burner that is OFF, pour your wbs into it then cover the lid. let it soak for 24 hours. then rinse and drain and put into your jars.
some people like to let it soak for 24 hours then simmer, but my friend and i find it easier to do the above way.
