Unfortunatly, I would scratch and recase all of them.
Next time, like I said, as soon as you see the first signs of myc poking through the casing layer, fruit or patch.

Wow dude that is some nasty overlay. Def need to re-read the casing strategy. Try "Hyphae's pinning manual", works like a charm and easy to understand. Good luck

I say that the first two are still ok, but the last one is major overlay city. See how its matted and turning yellow? That's overlay.

You'll have problems with RH at 95 for casings, drop it down to 85 but don't go above 90. GL with the casings this time.

That's the one thing that I will keep a close watch, & should I keep it under 90%RH through out ?? or ?

during fruiting, casings need a rH of 85-90%, your rH right now is more suited for cakes. All throughout the fruiting cycle (after incubation until trash) you need to keep the rH at 85-90. You'll continue having overlay problems otherwise. Hope that clears it up.

Actually.... I believe Hyphae has said that to initiate pinning a RH of about 95% for your casings is the IDEAL condition. Then once pinning starts, drop it to about 85%. This of course is for optimal growth, you can just leave it at 85% the whole time.

Ah you are correct sir . Although, since he is having so much trouble getting any casing to work, I wouldn't suggest that he try to adjust the rH during fruiting. I can't argue with Hyphae though, he knows his stuff, although I do think csyhomme should be keeping it simple for now.

Yes, troubles.. troubles .. ~ I will drop RH to under 90% and keep a close eye on it, will keep it updated ~ If there is anything that I should be watching out for, please let me know as well ! !

I never fruit under 95% even on casings.

Should I keep RH up at 95% or drop it since the casing is recovering from overlay ?
