There are no legal cases to set a precedent with this as far as i know.

But coca leaves are listed right there with cocaine hcl in federal law.

I guess people get away with all the time, but that is a big federal charge to be messin with.

maybe im just paranoid

CocaCola does NOT import leaves that stilll have coca in them.

It is schedule II, and exactly the same as importing coke. A large amount would probably result in some door kickage in.

5kg of coca? Import that only if you no longer enjoy freedom.

WAY too much risk in that one.

People have been caught importing coca tea. A little box of tea bags often results in a customs letter. 5kg would result, in the end, with the forced anal rape mentioned above.

5kg of bark or cactus chips takes up a bit of space. But do you have any idea how much space 5kgs of leaves takes up? Plus, if you're using the source that most people do these days, they are perfectly honest about the contents of the package, and the customs papers will say Coca Product. Neat, eh?

Don't do it, don't do it, but most importantly, DON'T DO IT. Try to import some seeds or something if you really want.
