Growing outdoors

I made a 5 foot by 3 foot area, where im going to put a 1/2 bale of straw and 200 pounds of manure. Im trying to figure out the best strain... does anybody have any ideas? I want a LARGE flush. Large mushroom i mean, i know all can be big but are there any that stand out? Im going to get 6 strains and do some... experimenting. Last year was sucessful outdoor but this year im expanding. Any input would be great. Also, i have noticed differences between strains, some being more visual others being more body. Are there any specefic strains that for one reason or another work more on visuals? or is it only in higher doses?

I wouldn't make it any deeper than 4-5 inches, it's a waste.

If you are looking for a strain that grows big, try Orissa India, they are natorious for growing very large fruits, especially on manures.

Well im not at all clued up on PR so they could well be bigger than OI, but i just remember doing a lot of research into OI (as this was my 1st print i received for my first grow) and almost everywhere i looked, i heard stories of the sizes this strain reaches especially when grown on bulk substrates. Sorry if im wrong, but its something ive heard from many sources, including people whove grown them.

Im sure your not wrong, any cubensis strain can reach remarkable sizes when grown properly.
Ive been here a pretty long time though and if my memory serves me right pr is the size king.
Besides b+ but i dont like b+, the only reason the b+'s grow so big is cause of the shitty pin set and all the nutes go to just a few mushrooms.

You may also wanna check out Penis Envy - pretty well known for large fruits even on PF cakes, i can only imagine the monsters you'd see with manure.

So Penis envy outdoors would be big, what about Ecuador? the space is 5 feet by 3 feet so it will be a ... nice size. I also have 8 large containers i want to fill. Im going to buy 6 strains so i can experiment a little.

Ecuador is said to be more visual. Mazatepic is very spiritual, but it takes a long time to colonize. Penis Envy is strong! Less wave-like. 3g of PE surpassed 7g of commercial mushies easy.
