As I reported to some folks at the AZ gathering, I have since discovered an even larger San Pedro then the one in the picture above. Maybe more then twice the size. And it is definately not in anyones yard. Crazy thing is you can see it from the freeway plain as day and it looks as if its not been touched, at least last time I looked at it.

No need to. I know where it is if I want it, and I'm not in the mood to grow any of my own right now.

I have been considering tripping on it again sometime. Maybe try some new recipies. But we'll see, I know it'll be there when I want it.

what if you do want some one day and it really is all gone...
maybe hard to believe, but you never know....
if i saw that i would be taking some for sure...i have never tried mescaline, and to find it growing wild for free like that would be a gift from god!

Nah, the cacti in the picture above and the larger one I spoke of are not the only ones I know. When push comes to shove I can find it all over the place if I try. I just highlighted these two in this thread because of their massive size. But its a lot more common around here then you would believe. Once you can spot it with ease you see it all the time.

Many people agree on a pound of fresh mushroom pulp (two beer glasses full of puree'd cactus) for a good dose. Some cacti are way more or less potent though.

If you treat your San Pedro well it will about double its weight each year. That enormous bush the threadstarter posted? If all those columns were planted out and treated with some fertilizer there would be 2x as much cactus in a year and if you propagate it well there will be 1.000 times more cactus in ten years.
If you can get a cutting, GET A CUTTING because it could all be gone one day.
