It all began march 17th, st. Patrick's day. Me and my friend jay had been wanting to try mushrooms for months, but never could get ahold of any. well finally I had found some and i bought a 1/4oz, now all i had to do was convince jay to do mushrooms with me instead of drinking. it took a while but finally he was convinced, we didn't want to do 3.5 each our first time so we split the 1/4oz 3 ways between me,jay, and our other friend Dan. I took the most, jay 2nd most and Dan had the least amount.we ate them and about half-hour later we began getting giddy and laughing for no real reason, then about a hour in i was sure i was at my peak, or at least close, as the magnet letters on Jay's fridge started independently moving about. the population of the room split into 2 groups then, mushroom people and drunk people, with the exception of a girl staying sober which was with us mushroom people, she was a cute girl, but with mushrooms acting upon my brain she looked so incredibly beautiful. there was a point in which i couldn't stop staring at her. so all was going well but slowly an individual from the drunk party started to become what we decided later on was the definition of Chaos. he was spilling beer everywhere, making lots of noise, breaking things, and he had the urge to jump out of the window constantly(we were on the 2nd floor), jay had continuously asked him to leave and he just would get worse, couple times Jay had to physicaly stop him from going out the window. finally 2 friends came along with brute authority and got the drunks out of the house, while Jay and Dan were complaining of how their trips were ruined for the night since they were filled with such anger, i was running about the room restoring organization till jay realized his room was clean again and everything got great again, it was down to just the 3 of us mushroom people now and we spent the last couple hours of our mushroom trip enjoying trippy lights, talking to each other endlessly, we all felt amazingly happy and at peace with the world around us, i spent about an hour drawing a picture which started as the yin yang symbol and just kept on drawing and writing from there. we had these little peach cigars that were just amazing to smoke while we were tripping. after everything we had agreed that we would have a mushroom meeting from then on monthly, just the 3 of us. at the beginning of the night i barely knew Dan, jay was already one of my best friends, but at the end of the night, it was like the 3 of us were 3 best friends that have known each other for years. I would like to make a theory about mushrooms, its said that people only use about 10% of their brain or something like that(I'm not sure what the actual number is thats just a guess iv heard it before, just cant remember what it was) I believe that mushrooms open your brain/mind up more, while i was on mushrooms it felt as if my brain capacity had opened up and i could understand things unlike i have ever before. in conclusion, i loved mushrooms, was one of the best, if not the best experience of my life and i cant wait to do them again.

sounds like a good time, i was trippin on st patty's day too. that was my report about the sun on the golf course and all that. drunk people ruined my 20th birthday for me. i had about 5 beers and a xanax and someone showed up at my friends house with shrooms, and i decided to take an eighth dried. i cant remember much because of the xanax, but i tripped really hard and everyones face (about 20-30 people there for my birthday) turned into the same person who seemed to be following me around. people kept trying to talk to me and wish me a happy birthday, but i thought everyone was laughing at me and making fun of me. i tried to fight one or two people, and i couldnt recognize anyone. most of the people there i really didnt know anyways, and the people i did know i wasnt close friends with. after a while a few girls showed up that ive been friends with for years, and they all looked like beautiful angels. once they got there, everything was better. they helped me out a lot cuz they know i sometimes go a little too far. the guy who brought the shrooms in took an eighth too, but i dont remember anything about him. i pretty much just stayed in the same dark room all night because it was all just too much. i wouldnt call it a bad trip, but it could have been a lot better if i had taken them in the right setting. i was drunk and it was my birthday though, so that was my excuse. lol
