Minimum Temp?

I was just wondering what the minumum temperature a casing or cake would need to fruit.....i think my chamber is about 70 and unfortunatley this is as high as i can get it (with a heating pad). Thx a lot!

Your casing will fruit at 70 F, it will just be slower to do so. 74-78F air temps are optimum for fruiting.
