Someone clear my confusion before I spend the $150

I'm looking at buying an All American model pressure cooker because I know that I will use it multiple times. My question falls in the category of sizes.
The 915 15.5 Quart Pressure Cooker/Canner lists a capacity of 7 quart jars, as does the 921 and 925. I'm currently planning a rye tek using quart jars. The 7 quart holding capacity is fine with me, but is there any disadvantage using the 915 instead of the 920 models? I'm thinking that I'll just have to stack 3 jars sideways in the 915, whereas the 920 models are big enough to hold the 7 jars in a single layer.
Am I making the right presumption, and if so, what model would be ideal for what I'm trying to accomplish.
Thanks so much!

The 915 will hold 7, but the 921 will actually hold 10; 3 laid on their sides, on top of the 7 upright. Not sure on the 925.
Awesome investment by the way, the money is small compared to the years of service that you'll get.

I would get a 921 anyway. You may want to use spawn bags, different sized jars, etc in the future and the 921 just holds more. Both models can handle 7 quart jars, but the 921 will hold nearly double the amount of pint jars as the 915. The price difference is only about $10-$15 between the models, so why not go for the 921?

Ok, because I was unsure too, I went to AA's website, and it looks like the only difference between the 921 and 925 is "Same Jar Capacity But Larger Water Volume Than The 21 Qt (#921)"
So, go for the 921.

925 has a higher liquid capacity, but no difference in jar holding capabilities. I got a 925 thinking it would hold a little more. It just costs more

Yeah, I thought you two were 925 owners, and maybe I was missing something about the 925 that was different from 921.
Either way, good PC's regardless of model.

I spent $160 and went with the 921.
Thanks for so many responses.
