How do u inoculate with filterdisks?

Ok, you know those filter disks right? Well how the heck do you inoculate with them? Do you just poke thru? put them on after u inoculate thru bare holes? Clue me in someone, I looked thru the "FAQ" but I couldnt find anything.

When I used em I just poked through them then put another filter disk over it. If you don't wanna use that many disks you can just tape up the holes.
