trying rye berries for first time question

i am trying rye berries for the first time tonight.

is there a specific tek that you would recommend?

what about pre soaking them....how long should i do it, blah, blah, blah..?

any valuable info would help!

Soak em over night or not at all. Sterilize in PC for 1 hour minimum for jars or 1 1/2 hour minimum for bags. Make sure the lids on jars are not screwed on all the way unless you have filter disks on them instead of the caps. Read the teks anno linked you to and good luck!
