Difference between LSD and shrooms

I've never done acid only shrooms. Sometimes during my shroom trip I get very uncomfortable physically like I'll think i'm too hot or too cold, or sometimes I think i've forgotten how to breath, feel like I need to go somewhere to get more comfortable and basically just feelings of unrest. With LSD are there the same uncomfortable feelings? I've heard that it's almost all visual and much easier to control is this true? Also my friend says that he uses acid as a recreational drug whereas he uses mushrooms for more spiritual journies and more serious, non-recreational experiences. Is this a fair thing to say?
Thanks, peacefulness.

I remember I once wrote:
Lsd is like a clear blue waterfall with hundreds of little hedges protruding through the flow. Mushrooms are like a violent whirlpool crashing up against the boulder-like masses in the water.
Thats just a metaphore, but it says alot. For example, lsd is well known to be better for self analyzation. I could never say which one I like better. They both are better for different things.
I wouldnt use either just for a good time. They are both very enlightening. Mushrooms just seem to give people alittle bit less of an "at home" feeling. You do need to take a bit more lsd to get the same physical effects as mushrooms. With a comparible dose of lsd one will not have the same obvious physical effects that range from respitory difficulty, to other damn uncomforitable physical feelings that can easily convert into negative mental feelings. LSd however, will do those same things at a higher dose. Mushrooms are just far more physical.

Physically i always found LSD to be easy, mushrooms always fucked me up a real lot. IMO its easier to control yourself on acid too

Hey,
I'm fairly experienced with both lsd and mushrooms and it's my opinion that there really isn't much of a qualitative difference between the two. Almost everyone I know will argue against this, but in my experience it's true. I've had trips on lsd that resembled trips of an analogous amount on mushrooms much more than any other dose of lsd.
That being said, I usually keep my doses low so I'm not sure if there's a qualitative difference at higher doses.

i feel like pure energy is coursing through me on a good acid trip
with shrooms its more of a floaty pressure feeling, i donno
i like acid when i want to explore the world, i take shrooms when i want to explore myself.
