I couldn't find that mushroom listed in any of my mushroom books.

It?s a woodloving species similar to P. cyanescens and P. azurescens. Cultivation parameters are the same as for those 2 species. Needs a cold weather period to fruit.

Good, I can't wait to see your results workman. Could i possibly get a culture or print from someone, I think i'll give it a go. Alder would be the wood i'd use, unless there is a better way? Does this grow outside europe?(wild)
