Found: For your info: wide mouth quarts, slip right out, no scraping needed

People argue against quart jars due to the need to scrape them out, where as the mouth on a pint allows you to slip the whole cake out without any effort.
To those who argue this, riddle this: This is a quart mason jar, wide mouth, but has the mouth of a pint, allowing a quart of spawn to slip right out. Nice, eh? They are about half an inch taller to make up for the lost gerth.

That's cool. But with that size jar you're usually doing whole grains, which means you will be crumbling the substrate anyway to either case or spawn to a bulk sub, so I don't see why the wider mouth would really be neccessary.
Now if you wanted to do giant PF cakes......

Spooning them out sucks, and shaking them is a bitch ton of work.
Easier to empty into a clean bag and crumble by hand. Takes like 2 seconds.

Seriously? You guys have never seen widemouth quarts before? Sheesh...I watched my grandmother use them for years for making jellies and canning. I think I've got about 3 cases of them out in my shed, maybe I should stick em on eBay, huh? You guys make em sound like they're worth their weight in gold or something...lmao.
