Psychotria Viridis

I just got my hands on some "Psychotria Viridis" from someone at my work and all I got to say was it was amazing! I'm not sure where he got it or much about the "herb" I did vomit a little at the start but after an hour I saw animals, specifically lizards and jaguars. It was amazing! almost real life creatures were walking, crawling, doing their own thing. It was like I was in a jungle or something. I saw a bunch of other things, too. But besides that, the point of the post is to recommend you to try this at least once if you haven't. You'll love it!

I never heard of this until your post and did a bit of googling....interesting...
______________________________________________________
Psychotria is distributed in the warm and tropical regions of both hemispheres. They are low to tall shrubs or small trees, sometimes epiphytic. Approximately 1,200 species are described, of which about 800 are valid taxa. Classification of Psychotria species is very difficult, even for trained botanists. Skilled shamans often recognize "kinds" of chacruna which are indistinguishable to botanists.
Biochemistry ------------
Principal active biochemicals: the tryptamine alkaloid N, N-dimethyltryptamine (DMT) and beta-carbolines are present in the leaves of P. viridis, P. carthaginensis and possibly other species. These species are a fundamental component of the Ayahuasca medicine in most of western Amazonia. Phytosterols are also present. A complex alkaloid, psychotrine, has been isolated from P. beccaroides.
In Per?, Ecuador, Colombia, and parts of Brazil, the leaves of Psychotria viridis and P. carthaginensis are commonly prepared with ayahuasca (Banisteriopsis caapi ) to make the ceremonial visionary healing medicine Ayahuasca. Research is under way in the Peruvian Amazon to better understand the specific biochemistry and effects of other species of Psychotria.

What maoi did you use? I ask because you didnt mention it in your post. Viridis is indeed a great source of DMT, but orally, it cant work without an maoi.
Are you saying that you tried ayahuasca for the first time?

I've been thinking about giving DMT a try. Ive tried 5-meo-DMT before and just felt a very intense body trip and no visuals. But from what i heard about DMT everyone gets really good visuals

I was asking the guy, Did he make an extract and smoke it, or did he make ayahuasca with it?
Its kind of an important thing to mention when describing the effects.

NO shit snyder. I would just like to see someone attend to their post. Or atleast find some way to explain it better. If someone were to fake a post like this they would have said the same thing he did(jaguars etc).
If not his maoi dose, id like to know what his dose was with the viridis. If you are not going to explain anything about your experience, then I dont see a reason to make a thread about it.
Its all good, im just curious. The only dmt plant I have used for ayahuasca was viridis.

And ayahuasca should be capable of providing the most intense trip imaginable, and for a FAR longer period of time than smoked DMT... Maois can be VERY hallucinogenic by themselves. Its almost entirely different than smoked DMT.
As far as visuals go(not that it really matters), smoked dmt and ayahuasca top them all.
