Yes the colonizing chamber is where you put the jars to grow the mycelium.
Is that what you need help with ?

Or do you need help with your fruiting chamber......aka growing chamber ?

Just keep the room where your terrarium is at 75F. Your jars should do alright at that temp too but will grow a bit faster if you keep them around 85F. I've never had any special incubator to keep my colonizing jars in. I just keep them in my closet and in 2-3 weeks they're ready to go...bassplayer74

put them in the tupperware container that you plan on using as a terrarium and put a heating pad on the lowest setting underneith them, make sure you have a two inch spacer in between the jars and the bottom of the terrarium while they are incubating otherwise the semidirect transfer of heat will fry them suckers, but a good spacer works, plus the heat the pad makes is a little warmer then your room, at about75-85 degree temps., then when they're done case them (highly recommended research research research!!!) and put them in your terrarium, i found that if you do make cakes you can use these wire frame thingys for holding hot potsand jars off the tables surface work great cuz they keep it from sitting in the heavy carbon dioxide or whatever biproduct is

In my opinion it is not worth it to make a special chamber with water and fish tank heaters and heating pads and blankets and all that other stuff. It has been my experience that the jars colonize plenty fast at room temp. I know its not optimal temp but it still colonizes fast for me and I dont get a headache worrying about raising jar temps a few degrees. I just put em back in the box and place in my closet on a high shelf. Works great. I admit they will colonize faster if you do want to go ahead and build an incubator however. Its just not worth it to me.

You can use a regular aquarium heater in a large pickle jar for your fruiting chamber.
Either cut a hole in the lid for the heater to sit on...or let it mount on the lip of the jar....then cover with Alum foil.
You can use a narrow mouth Fruit juice container instead....Glass or plastic.
Like Sunny Delight or some other brand.
Then make sure you monitor the temp.... so that it doesn't get too hot.
73 to 75 degrees....in your fruiting chamber and your good to go.
