Anyone use one? I'm sure it works great for indoor/outdoor use. Just curious how it holds up under constant 95% humidity..? I saw the Taylor one being sold at mycoshack and am considering it.. I mean I can go to the pet store and get a analog one for under 10$ which works just the same. But come on... everyone loves wireless digital! biggrin.gif I wouldnt mind spending the extra $ if I knew it wouldnt break after a couple months of constant humidity. Anyone ever used one??

i use an oregon one. It works great. You can have up to 3 wireless remotes to it and it gives you the max and min temps/RH for each individual remote. I got mine at target.

I will get involved.
You can buy the Taylor 1458 for a little over 40 bucks including shipping if you shop around.
That is all I will say. Shop around.

Oh i know, ive found it for that price.. thats not what I'm asking. Asking if it will last, if its a good brand that wont break being under 95% humidity for an extended period of time

Ass loads of ppl are using them right now due to a user named HippieChick. She has used hers for over a year and it's still kickin last I heard, and so is she. As far as wireless digital temp+Rh..it's about as good as it gets in a reasonable price level.
If you want the pennacle(spelling?) of hygrometers. Go with the wet bulb style Taylor analog gauges. Do a thread search for 'agar + hygrometer'(or something to that effect) to get more details.
