jar stalling.
    #5415979 - 03/18/06 01:49 PM (17 years, 10 months ago)

So my jars have looked like this for like 1 1/2 weeks just barely not fully colonized and they have been incubating in temps of 84-86 for a month and a half. Well I touched the jars and they are warm! To warm so I lowered the temp in the incubator to 82 and growth has began again and the rye is starting to fade away.

Is this still good spawn once it is fully colonized or do you think some of the myc died?

lol, i like that... medium rare... medium well is actually my preference if were goin on the steak scale. tis a good way to look at it cause some people do let their jars colonize more than others... and its all based upon preference :-) Anyway, i'm spawnin some tennstudd right now with ya. GL!
