World's Cheapest Terrarium Discovered
    #5415911 - 03/18/06 01:23 PM (17 years, 10 months ago)

Okay, so there I was, looking at my first successfully completed flush and having a growing abundance of what seemed to be exhausted cakes.  I had some other jars on the way and was eager to see the rest of my strains flushing, so I just dumped the spent cakes into a thick, white plastic sears bag I found in my recycling-bags bag, intending to safely dispose of them on a later date.  A week and a half passed and I untied the bag to dump in some more cakes, but to my surprise, almost all the cakes were flushing!!!  BIG TIME!!  It was a wonderous mess of shrooms growing over each other and twisting every which way.

So, in conclusion...  hobo's terrarium too much for your budget?  Try a plastic bag with a knot tied close to the cakes...  works like a charm for me, though now I give the cakes more time in the terrarium for their further flushings.
