There are lots of them but they only appear when they spot a male that can actually spell!!

Try refreshing it or something. It actually looks kinda cool. This is hte front page
Quote:
Within our invisible tribe, women hold a unique set of insights into our worlds. Come together for a weekend of revelations presented by women who explore the vastness of inner space with friends and allies. SheShamans and Magic Mamas will be a significant contribution to the evolution of form, thought, community, and responsible relationship with this important, generally unacknowledged current of cultural evolution. We will gather with each other to evolve personally and collectively; to share, dance, laugh, and become stronger in the face of the events of our times
Attendees are invited to offer presentations, discussions, circles, your gift, as part of the scheduled sessions. Confirmed presenters include: Kathleen Harrison - Cynthia Palmer - Valerie Corral - Susie Bright - Jane Straight - Linda Rosa Corazon - Karen Vogel - Macha Nightmare - Patricia Winters - Rev. Anne Zapf - Sandra Karpetas - Lou Montgomery - Adele Getty - Diane Darling.
Meeting in circles and clutches, on crafted redwood, on the Earth, beneath an ancient fir tree, in water, around fire, and in soft, warm nests, we will speak our truth and tell what we have seen, felt, understood and prayed for in our journeys. We will share our lives, both near and off the edge and within the world of consensual reality. Importantly, we will make connections, begin, build upon, and renew friendships, sisterhoods, family.
People of all genders are welcome at SheShamans. The beauty and wonder of this event will blossom forth by your gifts of financial support and on site participation and cooperation. We anticipate creating something really new that feels really old and familiar.
*Two days of presentations, circles, networking, interaction *Saturday all-night music, performance, fire circles *Catered meal plan of wonderful vegetarian food *Camping included in all-weekend ticket. Limited indoor accommodation available
SheShamans is a benifit for The Women's Entheogen Fund.
Tickets go on sale March 20 or email diane@sheshamans.com for further information and reservations.

That sounds o.k, where is it? Humour aside I think most women would chill more if they didn't feel so threatened. Some men seem to see entheogens as auric penis extenders and like nothing better than to bash girls over the head with them. This is not cool!!

This sounds too awesome for words...I *wish* so much I could go to it, but it is during the same time as something else! I hope they are doing it next year too. Something inside of me says I'm destined to attend.

That looks awesome... i've bookmarked it on my web browser to have more of an in depth look later. Though I suspect as its in the US and I'm a poor, hard-up student in the UK the chances of my attendance are slim.... awww, but I really want to go!
<<ponders selling Dr J on eBay to fund the trip!>>
But it's great to see some girls on the site, I agree I think the 'sausage fest.' thing that's going on is quite possibly more to do with it being on a computer, than girls not tripping - but we sbhould encourage more to get online here methinks...
--> and, as for web boards stealing bf's away... well it gives us time to do the washing up and think about shoes doesn't it?!?! LOL

My gf likes them but when I think about it, she likes pretty much all drugs
She never gets into them enough to want to take it up as a hobby and research stuff or post here.

I think it does take time to investigate them properly, and allow yourself to see the benefits of exploring your own mind. I'm just starting to do it, I find t a very exciting thing, but also it gives me a peculiar feeling of 'coming home' almost as if I'm discovering things about myself that were hidden and I never appreciated, or alternatively things which I always knew and almost took for granted - yet I am now able to see them in a new light... and often put old 'demons' to bed for good. But then I figure, I'm lucky to be with someone that's so supportive of this form of exploration - and able to guide me through it... I'm not sure that I would be so brave without him
But yes, it takes time - and being a full-time student, and keeping a social life and everything is sometimes a bit of a juggling act - yet I feel it's worth it! i enjoy other more 'party drugs' too, but for a very different purpose - hallucenogenics help you tune into yourself, others help you tune into the surroundings... for example, feeling 'in love' with the music...

She posted on here like once I think. I've always been fascinated by the discussion on these boards, whether it be mycology related (which is the main reason I joined) or just discussion about psychedelics. I don't think she ever felt connected to them the same way I have. These days even though I rarely if ever use psychedelics anymore, I still like to be involved in the community. In the past I was very hardcore into it. I always liked trying to create what I could at home. For instance, I grew weed back when I smoked, grew active mushrooms, and ethnos. Now I still am into mycology just as pure hobby. i like to pick and cultivate edibles.
