substrate additives for potency enhancement

It has been suggested that certain compounds can be added, like tryptamine to my submersed mycelia tek or ANY substrate to increase the psilocybin and psilocin content of your mycelium and mushrooms. What amount of additive should be added to the amount of substrate?
Some supposed additives to increase potency are as follows:
tryptamine hcl
5-htp
l-tryptophan
Are there any others? How much should be mixed in?

Thiamin, Biotin and Amino Acid Multies may be good substrate enhancers. They may or may not increase potency, but should be helpful to improve the amount of nutrients in the substrate.
